Our Mission

For nine hundred years we have answered those
who could not wait. Today, that work
continues in Jordan.

Who We Are

The Sovereign Military Order of Malta — Jordan NGO — operates under Jordan's Ministry of Health (national registration 420222139). We are part of a lay religious order of the Catholic Church with diplomatic relations with 120 states and a UN Permanent Observer seat.

What Guides Us

Tuitio fidei et obsequium pauperum — the defence of faith, and assistance to the poor and suffering. Neutral, impartial, apolitical. Present in Jordan through our Embassy since 2003 and our national NGO since 2022.
